    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MKC68A0074: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 12:46 hours. There was minor damage. There was an unspecified incident while cruising. The factors included; door frames and material failure. Report remarks include: Passengers inadvertently opened air stair door in flt. Safety chain failed at eye bolt and passengers fell out. Incident occurred at or near Vichy, MO.
