    Converted to a KC-135E.

    Transferred to 108th Air Refueling Squadron, 126th Air Refueling Wing (ANG), OHare ANG/AFR Base, Chicago, IL.

    December 1990

    From 126th ARW: The entire fleet of KC-135s and 260 personnel from the 126th formed the 1712th Air Refueling Wing (Provisional) in the United Arab Emirates, commanded by Colonel Harold E. Keistler, in support of Operation Desert Storm.
