    Dates

    Event

    Constructed as a GUH-1H.

    Circa 1966

Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 66-16197.

    Circa 28 September 1967

    Photographer: F. Phillips
Notes: Almost new. Slick, slick no guns. First flight as Castle 197. The Castle is just barley visable on the door. Didnt notice until photo was up loaded that Major General Dukes, Commander of the 18th Engineer Brigade was on board this flight. You can tell by the Batman insignia on the right side of the aircraft just behind the pilot door. He flew using the batman code name.

    November 1995
