    Notes: 1990 photo at Winnipeg - This Avro Shackleton Mk.I was one of several hauled out of mothballs as a stop-gap when the RAF Nimrod jets were grounded. The Shack owed its lineage to the WWII Lancaster bomber and was powered by four R-R Griffon engines driving contra-rotating propellors
