    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 65-10441.

    Transferred to 26th Tactical Fighter Training Squadron (later 26th aggressor Squadron)/3rd Tactical Fighter Wing, Clark AFB, Philippines.
    Operated with markings: 41
    Painted in camouflage.

    By August 1978

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC).

    By October 1986

    Transferred to USAF Operations Group.
    Towed mobile exhibit.

    1991

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
