    Constructed as a F-100D-15-NA by North American at Inglewood, California, USA.

    After 27 August 1956

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 54-2299.

    1956

    Transferred to 8th TFW, 80th TFS (Headhunters), Itazuke AB, Japan.

    1959

    Transferred to 8th TFW, 80th TFS, Osan AB, Korea.
    The wing was transferred to Osan Air Base. Unit on dawn to dusk alert status.

    1959

    Transferred to 4520 CCTW, Nellis AFB, NV.
    Aircraft used as a Thunderbird during the Far East Tour in 1959. Thunderbird aircraft were normally the F-100C model, however, these did not possess aerial refueling capability necessary to cross the Pacific.

    1960

    To 4520 CCTW, Nellis AFB, NV.
    Used for combat crew training.

    1962

    Crashed.
    Crashed but repairable.

    1962

    Transferred to 4520 CCTW, Nellis AFB, NV.
    Returned to service after repairs.

    1962

    Transferred to 4510 CCTW, Luke AFB, AZ.
    Used for combat crew training.

    1969

    Transferred to 58 TFTW, Luke AFB, AZ.

    1970

    Transferred to 114 TFG, 175 TFS, Joe Foss ANG Base, SD.

    1970

    Transferred to 180 TFG, 112 TFS, Toledo Airport, OH.

    1970

    Transferred to 114 TFG, 175 TFS, Joe Foss ANGB, SD.

    By 1978

    Transferred to George AFB, CA.
    Displayed as a gate guard.
