    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 5926.
    Purchased for Lend-Lease to Uruguay.

    From 1942 to 1971

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Armada Nacional del Uruguay with s/n A-752.

    30 September 1942

    Crashed.
    Fell in sea and capsized 1 km from coast near Port of Montevideo during test flight. Pilot C/C Carlos A. Curbelo and two others drowned. Aircraft salvaged.

    Transferred to Laguna-Del-Sauce NAS, Uruguay.

    To National Naval Aviation Museum, NAS Pensacola, Pensacola, FL.
    Received directly from the Uruguayan Navy.
