    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were five fatalities. The domestic scheduled passenger flight departed Rio de Janeiro-Santos Dumont Airport, RJ (SDU/SBRJ), Brazil and was destined for Fortaleza-Pinto Martins Airport, CE (FOR/SBFZ), Brazil. The accident occurred at Rio de Janeiro-Santos Dumont Airport, RJ (SDU) (Brazil) while taking off. Narrative: During a night takeoff from Rio de Janeiro-Santos Dumont Airport, the no. 4 engine failed. The crew abandoned the takeoff, reduced power and applied the brakes...
