Crashed.
There were three minor injuries. The accident occurred at Egegik, AK, United States while taking off. The airframe was destroyed. Airplane accelerated to v 1 and struck through on sandy beach. The nose pitched up and the pilot lost directional control. The airplane struck adjacent bank caught fire. It was totally destroyed.

The accident occurred at Egegik Airport, AK (EGX) (United States of America) while taking off. Narrative: Swerved off the runway after striking a bump near V1 speed. The aircraft collided with an embankment and caught fire.
