    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n KN628 as a Dakota III.
    Used as Field Marshal Bernard Montgomerys personal transport.

    To Derby Aviation/Derby Airways with c/r G-AOGZ (DOUGLAS C47 DAKOTA 3, 16534).
