    To Linea Aeropostal Venezolana-LAV with c/r YV-C-AZQ (Douglas C-47A (DC-3), 19986).

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were 12 fatalities. There were 23,352 hours on the airframe at the time. The domestic scheduled passenger flight departed San Antonio del Tachira Airport (SVZ/SVSA), Venezuela and was destined for Caracas-Maiquetia Airport (CCS/SVMI), Venezuela. The accident occurred at Paramo Turmal (Venezuela) while en route. Narrative: The DC-3 took off from San Antonio del Tachira at 12:30 for a 2h45 min flight to Maiquetia. The plane did not arrive at the destination and was found to have crashed at Paramo Turmal...
