    Constructed as a C-47A-10-DK by Douglas at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA.

    Circa 1942

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 42-108859.

    5 June 1944

    Took part in Operation Overlord with 233 Squadron, carrying paratroopers to Normandy.

    17 September 1944

    Towed a Horsa glider to Arnhem and resupply missions on 19th and 23rd.

    October 1944

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n KG403.

    To 233 SQDN, Blakehill Farm, Swindon.

    24 March 1945

    Towed a Horsa glider on Operation Varsity Rhine Crossing.

    Regular pilot was Flying Officer R.R.C.Hyne, later Flt. Lt., who flew KG403 on Operation Tonga, Market Garden and Varsity.

    20 July 1946

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n KG403.
    Transferred to RCAF unit at Mossbank and served with successive units, ending up with training units and Technical Services.

    From Unknown to 1971

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Canadian Armed Forces with s/n 12920 as a CC-129.

    To unknown owner with c/r CF-BKP.

    May 1972

    To Aerodyne with new c/r N107AD.

    30 October 1975

    Certificate of airworthiness for N700CA (DC3C, 12438) issued.

    1986

    To Business Air keeping c/r N107AD.
    Joined New England parcel delivery company in.

    To Stannelco keeping c/r N107AD.
    Flew with Alaskan fish transporters Stannelco, then Seattles Salair.
