    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. The military flight departed Sal-Amilcar Cabral International Airport (SID/GVAC), Cape Verde and was destined for Sao Filipe Airport (SFL/GVSF), Cape Verde. The accident occurred at Sao Filipe Airport (SFL), Fogo Island (Cape Verde) while landing. Narrative: The DC-3 overran the runway during landing and went down an embankment. A fire erupted.

    Converted to a DC-3A.

    To unknown owner with c/r CS-TDD.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 6152.
