Incident occurred at the Deer Valley Airport, Phoenix, AZ. There was a fire or explosion in flight during the initial climb. The factors included; engine fire. The emergency circumstances included; forced landing on a seaplane base or heliport. Report remarks include: First flight since #2 engine change.
