    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. The cargo flight departed San Juan-Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU/TJSJ), Puerto Rico and was destined for Santo Domingo-Las Americas International Airport (SDQ/MDSD), Dominican Republic. The accident occurred at San Juan-Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) (Puerto Rico) while in the initial climb. Narrative: After departing from runway 08, the CV-240 climbed to 400 feet agl where the left engine lost power. After confirming a loss of power,the pilot feathered the left propeller, and called for maximum dry thrust on the right engine...
