    Sent to Grand Central for modification work.

    March 1954

    Transferred to 43rd Bombardment Wing (SAC), Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ.

    May 1956

    Transferred to 96th Bomb Wind (SAC), Altus AFB, OK.

    December 1957

    Transferred to 380th Bomb Wing, Plattsburg AFB, NY.

    August 1961

    Transferred to 96th Bombardment Wing (SAC), Dyess AFB, TX.

    January 1963

    Transferred to Lockheed Aircraft, Marietta, GA.
    Sent to Lockheed for conversion.

    Converted to a WB-47E.

    May 1963

    Transferred to 55th Weather SQDN (MATS), McClellan AFB, CA.

    March 1966

    Transferred to 53rd Weather SQDN (MATS), Hunter AFB, GA.

    May 1966

    Transferred to Ramey AFB, PR.

    July 1966

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Air Force.
    Dropped from USAF inventory and transferred to USAF Museum system.
