The factors included; low ceiling and rain. The emergency circumstances included; precautionary landing off airport. Adverse weather conditions. The sky conditions were overcast. The ceiling was 1200 feet at the accident site. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited). The precipitaion was rain showers...
