    Crashed.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK75FVD10: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 13:55 hours. The airframe was destroyed. This was a local flight from Ukiah, CA. Collided with trees while on a crop dusting run. The factors included; high obstructions on terrain. A fire broke out after impact. Report remarks include: Severe ground fire followed impact. Incident occurred at or near Ukiah, CA.
