    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK76AP006: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 14:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the 7M Ranch Airport, Middletown, CA. This was a local flight from Middletown, CA. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. The gear collapsed while aborting takeoff. The factors included; rough uneven terrain and overload failure. The sky conditions were clear. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited)...

The accident occurred at near Villavicencio (Colombia) while en route. Narrative: The aircraft departed from Villavicencio for a flight to La Macarena. When climbing through an altitude of 1900 feet, the no. 1 engine began to vibrate. The engine was shut down and the crew decided to return to the airport for an emergency landing on runway 22...
