    Summary: The airframe was damaged but was repairable. There was one fatality. The domestic scheduled passenger flight departed Lindi-Kikwetu Airport (LDI/HTLI), Tanzania and was destined for Kilwa Masoko Airport (KIY/HTKI), Tanzania. The accident occurred at Kilwa Masoko Airport (KIY) (Tanzania) while landing. Narrative: During a cross-wind landing the aircraft swung off the centre-line of the runway. The port wheel sank in the soft ground whereupon the propeller struck the ground and broke off...

    Summary: The damage to the airframe was substantial. It was a local military flight from Swartkop Air Force Base (FASK), South Africa. The accident occurred at near Swartkop Air Force Base (South Africa) while en route. The airframe was repaired. Narrative: On 10 December 1985 a total of 12 SAAF Douglas C-47 transport planes from 44 Sqn were detailed to do a formation practice for the upcoming flypast celebrating the types 50th Anniversary. The 12 aircraft did a streamer take off and then formed into three sections of four aircraft...
