    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were 39,832 hours on the airframe at the time. It was a local training flight from San Juan-Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU/TJSJ), Puerto Rico. The accident occurred at 1,6 km (1 mls) E of San Juan-Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) (Puerto Rico) while in the initial climb. Narrative: DC-3 N19BA was being used for a training flight out of San Juan-Luis Munoz Marin Airport to practice ILS approaches. After performing a touch-and-go on runway 10, the right engine failed...

    Involved in an incident.
    The incident occurred at the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) San Juan, PR, United States while going around. The damage was minor. The flight crew stated that while making a missed approach after a practice instrument landing system approach, the right engine failed. The captain took control of the airplane from the copilot. The captain stated that while he performed the emergency procedures for engine failure, he noticed the left engine was not producing power...
