    Crashed.
    There was one minor injury. The accident occurred at the Nellis AFB Airport (LSV) Las Vegas, NV, United States while on appoach. The airframe was destroyed. On August 18, 2016, about 0739 Pacific daylight time, an experimental Douglas T4-4K, N140EM was destroyed when it collided with the ground following a reported loss of engine power shortly after entering the traffic pattern at Nellis Air Force Base (LSV) Las Vegas, Nevada...
