    Crashed.
    Summary: The damage to the airframe was substantial. There were 17,277 hours on the airframe at the time. It was a local training flight from Mojave-Kern County Airport, CA (MHV/KMHV), United States of America. The accident occurred at Mojave-Kern County Airport, CA (MHV) (United States of America) while taking off. The airframe was damaged beyond repair. Narrative: A Turbo DC-3 aircraft, N834TP, collided with terrain during takeoff at Mojave, California. The certified flight instructor (CFI) and the student pilot were not injured; the airplane sustained substantial damage to the fuselage and wings from impact forces...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Mojave Airport (MHV) Mojave, CA, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. During the takeoff roll, the airplane began to drift to the right. Despite the certified flight instructors and students attempts, they were unable to stop the yaw and drift. As the airplane was about to depart the runway, the pilots did not reduce the throttles or apply brakes as they felt that it would be safer to attempt to get airborne...
