    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA79FA103: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:15 hours. The damage was substantial. The flight departed from St Louis, MO, with the destination Boca Raton, FL. The engine failed or malfunctioned while descending. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. The factors included; fuel gauge, improper alignment adjustment and high vegetation on terrain. There was complete power loss in the failure of two engines...
