    To Province of Ontario, Ministry of Natural Resources with new c/r C-GOFC.

    June 1986

    To Jim K. Harrower, Trading as Northward Bound with new c/r N44NB.
    Used between, Lake Hood, Anchorage and Stoney River.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Selawik, AK, United States. The damage was substantial. 1/2, as required by Public Law 100-223. Data was entered into the Investigated By block to satisfy computer entry requirements.
