Wheels up while landing. Forced landing off airport on land. Failure of nbr 1 and 3 engs under adverse wt and wea cond. unable to maintain flt.

    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW62A0034: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:54 hours. The damage was substantial. The flight departed from Dyess AFB, TX, with the destination Alameda NAS, CA. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; down and updrafts, high atmospheric temperatures and turbulence from clouds and thunderstorms. There was complete power loss in the failure of two engines...
