    Crashed.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX81FA054: There were 3 fatalities. Incident occurred at 09:28 hours. The airframe was destroyed. This was a local flight from Edwards AFB, CA. The airframe failed in flight while in flight. A fire broke out after impact. Report remarks include: Remarks- left wing sepd during mnvrg flt, fatigue found at wing station 141 on lwr forward spar cap. Incident occurred at or near Edwards Afb, CA.
