    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC67D0063: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:20 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Tripod Airport, Alegnagik, AK. Experienced a controlled collision with terrain while on final approach to land. The aircraft nosed over on touch down. The factors included; glassy water and came to rest in water.

    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number SEA68D0099: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Mckinnon Airport, Sandy, OR. Ground looped or water swerved while taxiing from landing. Collided with ditches while taxiing from landing. Report remarks include: Evaluating prop surging while taxiing.

    Notes: Taken at the MA Inc. hangar at KOSH during a pre-buy inspection after the owner, Jack Mark, died and the airplane was put up for sale by his estate. The engines were upgraded to 680 shp PT6A-28s in 1992 in conjunction with the newer style top-mounted intake scoops.
