Incident occurred at the Dayton Airport, Vandalia, OH. Collided with a parked aircraft while taxiing from landing. The factors included; congested traffic pattern. Report remarks include: Ground signalman taxi directions inadequate. Parked aircraft beechcraft B-50 N4031 substan. Damage.
