    To Nockair Helicopters Inc, Sarasota, FL.

    17 May 1994

    Certificate of airworthiness for NR23590 (TH-13T, 3506) issued.

    21 June 1999

    To Southern Helicopter Inc, Newton, AL.

    By 2 July 1999

    To unknown owner with c/r N23590.

    2 July 1999

    Crashed.
    There was one minor injury. The accident occurred at Trenton, GA, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. According to the pilot, he was unable to maintain flight after a loss of rotor RPM. He initiated an autorotation and collided with trees during the descent. The pilot attempted the autorotation with about a five knot tail wind. The pilot reported no mechanical deficiencies with the helicopter.
