    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was a loss. There were 10 fatalities. The domestic non scheduled passenger flight departed Friday Harbor Airport, WA (FRD/KFHR), United States of America and was destined for Renton Airport, WA (RNT/KRNT), United States of America. The accident occurred at Mutiny Bay, WA (United States of America) while en route. Narrative: A float-equipped de Havilland Canada DHC-3T Turbine Otter, N725TH, crashed in Mutiny Bay, Washington. All ten occupants were killed in the accident. The wreckage was located a week later, at a depth of 190 feet...
