    Crashed.
    There were two minor injuries. The accident occurred at the Flying M Ranch Airport (OR05) Yamhill, OR, United States while taking off. The airframe was destroyed. The engine ceased operating at approximately 40 feet above ground level during initial takeoff climb. Investigation disclosed the aircraft had been fueled with a mixture of automotive fuel and 80/87 avgas. The aircraft had sat on the ground for over 4 hrs with a surface tem of 95 degree f...
