    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA70DLD16: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:00 hours. The airframe was destroyed. This was a local flight from Wauchula, FL. Encountered turbulence while in flight. Collided with trees in an uncontrolled descent. Report remarks include: Joined other aircraft abt 400 feet above ground level in a psn approximately 100YDS behind. Incident occurred at or near Zolfo Springs, FL.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Wellsville Airport (ELZ) Wellsville, PA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. A private pilot on a local flight made a stopover landing on runway 28. The pilot reported that during the landing flare, he was temporarily blinded by the setting sun directly in the flight path. At touchdown the airplane weathervaned into the right crosswind, the pilot lost directional control and the aircraft ground looped to the right. The plane rolled into a ditch...

    Crashed.
    There was one minor injury. The accident occurred at the Engle Ridge Airport (NK09) Burdett, NY, United States while taking off. The airframe was destroyed. The pilot attempted a takeoff on runway 18 with winds from 220 degrees at 10 to 15 knots. The grass runway was 2700 feet long and 90 feet wide. People were ahead and on the left and the pilot said he let the plane drift to the right to give them more clearance...

    The accident occurred at the Saint Marys Municipal Airport (OYM) St Marys, PA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot/owner of the tailwheel-equipped biplane performed two low approaches prior to landing in order to judge the direction and speed of the wind. The pilot then performed a wheel landing to runway 10, a 4300-foot-long, 75-FOOT-WIDE asphalt runway. However, by touchdown, the wind speed and direction had changed, which raised the left wing...
