    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK66A0055: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 14:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Loma Rica Airport, Grass Valley, CA. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; failed to use the miscellaneous aircraft conditions checklist. Report remarks include: Pilot concerned with flap problem. Ground cont. Advised gear was up but aircraft radio not on company freq.
