    Involved in an incident.
    There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 11:30 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Ebner Farm Airport, Deweyville, TX. This was a local flight from Deweyville, TX. Suffered a mid-air collision while turning around. Report remarks include: N5356N was heading west. Aircraft were not radio equipped. Pilots deviated from company procedures.
