    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA76FKG60: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:40 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Bellah Airport, Stockbridge, GA. This was a local flight from Stockbridge, GA. Suffered a hard landing while landing. The gear collapsed while landing. The factors included; overload failure. A fire broke out after impact.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Spirit of Saint. Louis Airport (SUS) Chesterfield, MO, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The pilot stated that he took off and was going through translational lift at about 15 to 20 feet above ground level when he heard a loud bang. He said the loud bang was accompanied by a power loss. An immediate descent was made and the helicopter was landed hard with a forward speed of about 30 knots...
