    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK68A0030: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:35 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Willows Airport, Willows, CA. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; failed to use the miscellaneous aircraft conditions checklist.
