    Damaged.
    Substantially damaged in an accident during takeoff from NAS Hutchinson.

    Substantially damaged in an accident landing at NAS Ottumwa.

    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC72FIA03: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:15 hours. There was minor damage. Incident occurred at the Flying Circus Airport, Bealton, VA. The flight departed from Unknown/not Reported, with the destination Bealton, VA. Collided with another aircraft on the ground while taxiing from landing.
