    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Metlakatla Seaplane Base Airport (MTB) Metlakatla, AK, United States while taxiing. The damage was substantial. Wind was 070 degrees at 20 knots with SIX-12 inch sweels. N127WA was positioned at north side of dock for departure toward east. N1018H was holding at east side of dock. Deck hand cast off N127WA before pilot started engine; aircraft began to drift back into dock...

    8 January 1987

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Shoal Cove, AK, United States while taxiing. The damage was substantial. The DHC-2 air taxi aircraft had landed at Shoal Cove, AK and was step taxiing to th float plane dock. During the taxi the aircraft left wing contacted a wire cable attached to an a frame across the path of the aircraft. The cable had been put up the day before and was not marked.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Ketchikan, AK, United States while taxiing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that turbulent conditions were encountered while on final approach. Due to this condition, a landing on the water was made closer to the shore than intended. During the taxi to the dock in a cove, the airplane drifted to the left where the left wing came in contact with a tree along the shore opposite the dock...
