    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number SEA68D0310: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:30 hours. The damage was substantial. The engine failed or malfunctioned while climbing to cruise. Suffered a hard landing while performing a power-off autorotative landing. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine.     Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Miltonfreewater, OR, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The pilot was conducting continuous aerial application flts from a field site and had landed to refuel and reload chemical. He attempted to takeoff with the chemical filler hose attached, lost control and the aircraft landed hard.
