    Involved in an incident.
    The incident occurred at the Greene County-Lewis A. Jackson Airport (I19) Xenia, OH, United States while on appoach. The damage was minor. The pilot and passenger departed for a local flight that was to remain in the airport traffic pattern of the departure airport. The pilot stated that he climbed to pattern altitude and flew a normal downwind leg for runway 25. When he turned onto the final leg of the approach, the pilot was blinded by the sun and recognized that he was too low...

    The accident occurred at the Lebanon-Warren County Airport (I68) Lebanon, OH, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot was practicing takeoffs and landings with a flight instructor. The instructor reported that, upon landing when the airplane was about 2 feet above the runway, the pilot made a down elevator input because he believed that the airplane had ballooned...
