    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 56-3466.
    Evaluated for ground support missions under project Long Arm, last tests performed in 1960.

    1960

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 56-3466.

    Circa 1961

    Converted to a T-37B-CE by Cessna at Wichita, Kansas, USA.

    By 1967

    Remanufactured as an A-37A.

    Circa 1967

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 67-14520.

    Operated for a time in Vietnam.

    Converted to a T-37B-CE by Cessna at Wichita, Kansas, USA.
    Returned to T-37B standard.

    Markings Applied: 56-3466
    Your Assistance is Needed: It is uncertain if the airframe was reassigned the original USAF s/n, but it was marked as such at the Fort Rucker Museum storage site. If you have any information to clarify the s/n assignments please share with Aerial Visuals by editing this dossier.
